GEEKS was born with a bold mission: to make technology effortless. We kicked off by fixing devices and delivering on-demand tech support right to people’s doorsteps—becoming one of the first in the region to offer tech services at the client’s location.

2015

Crossed 2,000+ successful repairs and became the go-to tech team for homes, freelancers, and busy professionals.

2016

Completed 5,000+ repairs and expanded into small business IT — offering on-site support, networking, and system troubleshooting.

2017

Signed our first long-term business IT contract and began delivering structured IT support for SMBs. Grew to 25+ recurring clients.

2018

Launched AMC-style business support, closed 100+ annual IT contracts, and resolved over 50,000 service tickets with enhanced response protocols.

2019

Introduced ticketing systems, RMM tools, and backend automation. Achieved a 93% first-time resolution rate, improving uptime and client satisfaction.

2020

During COVID, we kept clients operational with 150+ cloud migrations, 75+ remote work setups (VPN, M365, backups), all while maintaining a 4.9/5 service rating.

2021

Won our first major IT infrastructure project in Dubai, designing and deploying secure multi-site systems from the ground up.

Marking a significant expansion of enterprise capabilities, we signed over 10 Managed Services clients in Saudi Arabia and executed our first million-dirham IT project in the Kingdom.
